This article studies the impact of cooperative learning, as well as attitudes and behaviors associated with it, on the development of English reading skills of second-year college students majoring in automobile engineering at Hanoi University of Industry. The results show that these students are well aware of the positive impact of cooperative learning on their English reading skills; Their attitude towards cooperative learning in English reading skills are also quite good; Their behaviors in applying cooperative learning are at an average level.
