Abstract

Trong lịch sử, trí thức Việt Nam đã góp phần to lớn tạo nên sức mạnh Việt Nam, bản sắc Việt Nam. Tuy nhiên, hiện nay, khi đánh giá về đôi ngũ trí thức, dư luận xã hội thường có cái nhìn đôi khi chưa đúng, phiến diện. Thực tế cho thấy, hơn nửa thế kì qua, trí thức Việt Nam đã có nhừng đóng góp không thê thay thế trong việc đào tạo nguôn nhân lực, nhất là nguôn nhân lực chất lượng cao; hầu hết trí thức đều có những sản phẩm trí tuệ không chỉ nâng cao dân trí mà còn trực tiếp tạo ra sự phát triển kinh tế - xã hội thông qua lao động chuyên ngành; sản phẩm của nền kinh tế đất nước ngày nay chủ yếu là sản phẩm có hàm lượng tri thức.Tuy nhiên, trí thức Việt Nam hôm nay cũng còn nhiều hạn chê, thậm chí sai lầm. Người say mê với những sáng tạo lớn, những kết quả nghề nghiệp có giá trị lâu bền không nhiều. Và không phải trí thức nào cũng sống và hành động theo tinh thần của cha ông - sẵn sàng chịu trách nhiệm về mọi bất công trong xã hội.Sẽ rất khó phát triển như kì vọng nếu đội ngũ trí thức không nhanh chóng khắc phục những nhược điểm của mình, nếu môi trường mà đội ngũ trí thức được sống, làm việc và cống hiến không nhanh chóng tốt đẹp hơn hiện nay. Xã hội sẽ khác, nếu giới trí thức kém đam mê sáng tạo và khát vọng phát triển.

However, Vietnamese intellectuals today still have many Imitations and even mistakes. There are not many people who are fascinated with great creations and career results of lasting value. And not every intellectual lives and acts in the spirit of theữ ancestors - which is ready to take responsibility for all injustices in society. It will be difficult to develop as expected if the intellectuals do not quickly overcome their shortcomings, and if the envữonment in which the intellectuals live, work and contribute does not quickly become better than it is today. Society would be different if intellectuals had less passion for creativity and desừe for development.
