Tìm hiểu vấn đề ruộng đất qua tư liệu văn bia Hậu Thần thế kỷ XVII - XVIII: trường hợp huyện Hiệp Hòa tỉnh Bắc Giang và huyện Tiên Lãng thành phố Hải Phòng

Abstract

Vấn đề ruộng đất thời phong kiến nước Đại Việt với chế độ sở hữu đất đai tồn tại dưới hai hình thức sở hữu cơ bản: chế độ quan điền (ruộng công) và chế độ tư điền (ruộng tư), nhưng thực chất ruộng đất thuộc quyền sở hữu của nhà nước phong kiến mà đại diện là nhà vua. Văn bia Hậu Thần thế kỳ XVII - XVI11 là sử liệu làng xã không ghi chép tỉ mỉ về chế độ ruộng đất như một số nguồn sử liệu khác, nhưng cũng bổ sung những thông tin cần thiết về hai loại ruộng đất này, đặc biệt là loại ruộng đất tư của gia đình Hậu Thần đem cung tiến cho tổ chức, chính quyền làng xã. Và chính loại ruộng dất cung tiến ấy đã trở thành ruộng đất công của làng xã, do tổ chức chính quyền làng xã quản lý, thường được gọi là: ruộng hương hỏa, ruộng huệ, ruộng nghĩa, ruộng tế, ruộng Hậu Thần,...

The land issue in Dai Viet feudal period with the land ownership regime existing under two basic forms of ownership: public fields and private fields, but in fact the land belongs to the feudal state represented by the King. The Hau Than epitaph of the 17lh and 18lh centuries is a village historical record that does not record meticulously the land regime like some other historical sources, but also adds necessary information about these two types of land, especially the type of private land owned by Hau Than's family and donated to organizations and village authorities. And that type of donated land had become public land of the village, managed by the village government organization, often called: incense field, grace field, honorable field, sacrificial field, Hau Than field, etc. This article contributes to understanding the issue of land use in Vietnamese villages in the 17th-18th centuries.
