Quy định của Hiến pháp Việt Nam về quyền lực nhà nước

Abstract

Quyền lực và việc thực hiện quyền lực nhà nước là vấn đề vô cùng quan trọng và phức tạp. Lịch sử Việt Nam đã có 5 bản hiến pháp, mỗi bản lại có những quy định khác nhau về quyền lực và việc thực hiện quyền lực nhà nước. Bài viết nêu một số quy định của các Hiến pháp Việt Nam về quyền lực và việc thực hiện quyền lực nhà nước với mong muốn làm rõ hơn các quy định của hiến pháp về các vấn đề này.

State power and the exercise of State power are critical and complex issues. Throughout its history, Vietnam has passed five Constitutions of different regulations on state power and the exercise of state power. The paper outlines provisions of the Vietnamese Constitutions on state power and the exercise of state power to further clarify these aspects.
