Chính sách dân tộc đối với người Brâu ở vùng biên giới tỉnh Kon Tum: Thực trạng và vấn đề đặt ra

Abstract

Brâu là một trong 5 dân tộc thiếu sổ rất ít người ở Việt Nam mà dân số chỉ có dưới 1.000 người. Người Brâu hiện đang cư trú tập trung ở làng Dak Me, xã Pờ Y, huyện Ngọc Hồi, tinh Kon Tum. Cộng đồng này thuộc nhóm các dân tộc thiểu số rất ít người được thụ hưởng nhiều chính sách đặc thù của Nhà nước. Bài viết phản ánh một số kết quả thực hiện chính sách dân tộc đối với người Brâu, đồng thời thảo luận một số vấn đề đang đặt ra từ việc thụ hưởng chính sách ở tộc người này. Từ dó, bài viết đưa ra kết luận và khuyến nghị nhằm khắc phục những hạn chế và nâng cao chất lượng chính sách hỗ trợ cho các dân tộc thiểu số rất ít người.

This community benefits from many special policies o f the State. The article presents results o f implementing ethnic policies fo r the Brail people, and discusses some relevant issues. From there, conclusions and recommendations are drawn to overcome limitations and improve the quality o f support policies for the very small ethnic minorities.
