Bước đầu tìm hiểu phong tục hôn nhân của người Việt (kinh) qua tư liệu Hán Nôm

Abstract

Tư liệu Hán Nôm phản ánh phong tục hôn nhân của người Việt (Kinh) khá phong phú, từ những văn bản phản ánh về vấn đề hôn nhân mang tính luật pháp do các triều đình nhà nước phong kiến sai người biên soạn; những văn bản luật tục (tục lệ) về hôn nhân do quan viên chức sắc làng xã biên soạn để áp dụng và thực thi trong cộng đồng làng xã tại mỗi địa phương; những văn bản gia lễ và những văn bản được biên soạn dưới dạng các tập yếu, tập tự, khảo lược,... trong đó có phản ánh về phong tục hôn nhân. Từ góc nhìn văn bản học Hán Nôm, bài viết bước đầu tìm hiểu đôi nét về phong tục hôn nhân của người Việt thời trung đại.

Sino-Nom documents reflecting the marriage custom of the Viet (Kinh) people are quite rich such as documents of legal marriage custom compiled by feudal courts,customary laws (custom) on marriage are compiled by dignitaries and village communities to apply and enforce in village communities in each locality, family ritual and documents compiled in the form of compendiums, collections, summaries, etc. This article introduces a few features about the marriage custom of the Viet people from the perspective of Sino-Nom editiondogy.
