Cơ sở ngôn ngữ học trong trị liệu phát âm phụ âm đầu tiếng Việt cho trẻ sau phẫu thuật khe hở môi vòm 6 – 10 tuổi

Abstract

Khe hở môi vòm miệng là dị tật khuôn mặt có tỷ lệ mắc khá cao ở trẻ sơ sinh, gây tổn thương về thể chất, chức năng và tâm lý, ảnh hưởng đến sự phát triển và chất lượng cuộc sống của trẻ. Những khiếm khuyết về cấu trúc phát âm ảnh hưởng đến khả năng phát âm của trẻ, làm giảm hiệu quả giao tiếp. Nghiên cứu về phát âm của trẻ bị khe hở môi vòm miệng là cần thiết và có giá trị khoa học. Đã có nhiều công trình nghiên cứu của các tác giả trong và ngoài nước về đặc điểm phát âm của trẻ bị khe hở môi vòm miệng. Bài viết này tập trung nghiên cứu về phát âm phụ âm đầu tiếng Việt của trẻ bị khe hở môi vòm miệng dựa trên các tiêu chí xác định phụ âm đầu tiếng Việt như vị trí phát âm, phương pháp phát âm và đặc điểm phát âm. Kết quả của bài viết hình thành cơ sở lý thuyết và xây dựng các nguyên tắc/chiến lược trị liệu ngôn ngữ cho trẻ sau phẫu thuật khe hở môi vòm miệng.

Cleft lip and palate are facial deformities with a relatively high incidence rate in newborns, causing physical, functional, and psychological damage that affects development and quality of life of children. Deficiencies in pronunciation structure affect children's pronunciation ability and reduce communication effectiveness. Research on the pronunciation of children with cleft lip and palate is necessary and has scientific value. There have been many research projects by domestic and foreign authors on the pronunciation characteristics of children with cleft lip and palate. This article focuses on studying the pronunciation of Vietnamese initial consonants of children with cleft lip and palate based on the criteria for identifying Vietnamese initial consonants such as place of articulation, method of articulation, and vocal characteristics. The results of the article form the theoretical foundation and development of principles/strategics for speech therapy for children after cleft palate surgery.
