Vận dụng mô hình STEAM trong tổ chức hoạt động giáo dục ở trường mầm non

Abstract

Đổi mới giáo dục và đào tạo cần bắt đầu từ cấp mầm non, cấp học đầu tiên trong hệ thống giáo dục quốc dân, và tiếp tục ở các cấp học tiếp theo để tạo sự thống nhất, bền vững và chất lượng toàn cầu. Trong bài viết này, chúng tôi giới thiệu hình thức giáo dục STEAM, quy trình tổ chức hình thức giáo dục này và một số khuyến nghị khi tổ chức cho trẻ mầm non như một định hướng đổi mới trong tổ chức hoạt động giáo dục cho trẻ ở trường mầm non. Việc áp dụng giáo dục STEAM vào giáo dục mầm non cần linh hoạt thay vì máy móc để phù hợp với điều kiện thực tế của cơ sở giáo dục, trình độ chuyên môn của giáo viên, trình độ nhận thức của trẻ và sự hợp tác giữa nhà trường - gia đình - xã hội.

The renovation of education and training needs to start from the preschool level, the first level of education in the national education system, and continue to the next education levels to create unity, sustainability and global quality. In this article, we introduce the STEAM-education-based form of teaching, the process of organizing this form of teaching and some recommendations when organizing it for preschool children as an orientation for innovation in organizing educational activities for children in preschools. The application of STEAM education to early childhood education needs to be flexible instead of mechanical to match the practical conditions of the educational institution, teachers’ professional qualifications, children’s cognitive level, and school-family-society cooperation.
