Thực trạng năng lực vận dụng mô hình Giáo dục cảm xúc - xã hội (SEL) vào dạy học môn Đạo đức của sinh viên sư phạm ngành Giáo dục tiểu học

Abstract

Giáo dục năng lực xã hội - tình cảm là yếu tố quan trọng trong việc hỗ trợ và tham gia môi trường nhà trường, giúp tạo dựng mối quan hệ thầy - trò tích cực. Bài viết trình bày thực trạng năng lực vận dụng mô hình giáo dục xã hội - tình cảm (SEL) vào dạy học Đạo đức của học sinh tiểu học tại một số tỉnh thành ở Việt Nam. Qua phiếu điều tra với 1.100 học sinh tiểu học, nhận thấy năng lực của học sinh còn hạn chế. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy học sinh chưa vận dụng được kiến ​​thức về mô hình SEL vào dạy học, phát triển năng lực cho người học môn Đạo đức. Đây là cơ sở cho những nghiên cứu tiếp theo nhằm đề xuất các giải pháp phát triển năng lực vận dụng mô hình giáo dục xã hội - tình cảm vào dạy học Đạo đức.

Social-emotional competence education is an important element in supporting and attending the school environment, helping to create a positive teacher-student relationship. The article presents the current situation of the capacity to apply the Social-Emotional Education (SEL) model to teaching Ethics of primary education students in some provinces in Vietnam. Through the survey questionnaires with 1,100 Primary Education students, it is found that the students’ competency was insufficient. The research results show that students were not able to apply their knowledge of the SEL model to teaching and developing learners’ competences in the Ethics subject. This is the basis for further studies to propose solutions to develop the competency to apply the social-emotional education model in teaching Ethics.
