Nghiên cứu các kiểu kiến thức của giáo viên Toán tương lai trong dạy học độ phân tán của dữ liệu trên biểu đồ thống kê cho học sinh trung học phổ thông

Abstract

Chuẩn bị giáo viên toán tương lai có đủ kiến ​​thức để dạy toán hiệu quả là một vấn đề quan trọng trong đào tạo giáo viên toán tại các trường sư phạm. Nghiên cứu này xác định kiến ​​thức mà giáo viên toán dự bị cần có để dạy biến thiên dữ liệu từ biểu đồ thống kê trong chương trình Toán ở trường phổ thông; sau đó tiến hành khảo sát để đánh giá kiến ​​thức của giáo viên toán tương lai để dạy nội dung này. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy kiến ​​thức của giáo viên toán tương lai được khảo sát vẫn còn thiếu về cả kiến ​​thức môn học và kiến ​​thức sư phạm để dạy biến thiên dữ liệu từ biểu đồ thống kê. Để dạy hiệu quả khái niệm này, theo ý kiến ​​của các nhà nghiên cứu, giáo viên toán tương lai cần có sự hiểu biết sâu sắc hơn về bản chất của biến thiên dữ liệu, đồng thời phát triển và rèn luyện kỹ năng phân tích và xử lý dữ liệu.

Preparing prospective mathematics teachers with the adequate knowledge to teach mathematics effectively is an important issue in mathematics teachers training in pedagogical schools. This study identified the knowledge that pre-service mathematics teachers need to teach variability of data from statistical graphs in Math curriculum in high schools; then conducted a survey to assess prospective mathematics teachers' knowledge for teaching the content. The research results show that the surveyed prospective mathematics teachers’ knowledge were still insufficient in terms of both subject knowledge and pedagogical knowledge for teaching variability of data from statistical graphs. In order to effectively teach this concept, in the researchers’ opinion, prospective mathematics teachers need to have a deeper understanding of the nature of data variability, and at the same time develop and thoroughly practice the skills of analyzing and processing data.
