Đổi mới dạy học và đánh giá môn Ngữ văn theo Chương trình giáo dục phổ thông năm 2006 tiếp cận Chương trình giáo dục phổ thông năm 2018

Abstract

Ngày 21 tháng 7 năm 2022, Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo đã ban hành Công văn số 3175 hướng dẫn đổi mới phương pháp dạy học và kiểm tra đánh giá môn Văn ở trường phổ thông. Tuy nhiên, đối với các lớp chưa có sách giáo khoa mới (sách giáo khoa theo Chương trình giáo dục phổ thông môn Văn năm 2018), cần có hướng dẫn cụ thể về việc sắp xếp nội dung dạy học theo nhóm thể loại văn bản, tích hợp các kỹ năng đọc, viết, nói, nghe; kiến ​​thức văn học và tiếng Việt - công cụ để học sinh rèn luyện các kỹ năng này; đồng thời điều chỉnh chuẩn đầu ra cho từng kỹ năng theo mục tiêu nêu trong chương trình năm 2018. Như vậy, giáo viên có thể vận dụng phương pháp dạy học và kiểm tra đánh giá theo năng lực để thực hiện hiệu quả các yêu cầu của công văn trên. Bài viết đề xuất một số biện pháp giúp giáo viên thực hiện tốt các yêu cầu của công văn trên, nhất là trong trường hợp sách giáo khoa cũ vẫn tiếp tục sử dụng đến năm 2025, qua đó nâng cao chất lượng giảng dạy, phát triển năng lực cho học sinh. Kết quả nghiên cứu này sẽ là tài liệu tham khảo hữu ích cho giáo viên dạy Văn nói riêng và giáo viên phổ thông nói chung trong bối cảnh giáo dục hiện nay.

On July 21st, 2022, Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training issued Official Dispatch No3175 guiding the innovation of teaching methods and assessment in the Literature Subject in high schools. However, as for classes without the new textbook (the one based on the 2018 Literature General Education Program), it is necessary to provide specific instructions on the arrangement of teaching content by group of text genres/types, with the integration of reading, writing, speaking and listening skills; literary and Vietnamese language knowledge - tools for students to practice these skills; also adjust the expected outcomes for each skill in accordance with the targets stated in the 2018 program. Thus, teachers can apply competence-based teaching and assessment methods to effectively fulfill the requirements of the above dispatch. The article proposes some measures to help teachers fulfil the requirements of the above dispatch, especially in cases where the former textbooks are still in use until 2025, thereby improving teaching quality and developing students’ competencies. The results of this study would serve as a useful reference for Literature teachers in particular and high school teachers in general in the current educational context.
