Cơ sở lí luận về quản lí hoạt động học tập của sinh viên khối ngành Kĩ thuật - Công nghệ ở trường đại học đáp ứng chuẩn đầu ra theo tiếp cận CDIO

Abstract

Học tập là nhiệm vụ quan trọng nhất đối với sinh viên đại học. Trong quá trình học tập, sinh viên được nhà trường và các đơn vị quản lý tạo điều kiện, từng bước giúp họ tiếp thu kiến ​​thức, rèn luyện kỹ năng nghề nghiệp, hình thành và phát triển phẩm chất cá nhân. Với tổ chức đào tạo theo tín chỉ, để đạt được kết quả học tập tốt nhất, việc quản lý hoạt động học tập của sinh viên ngành kỹ thuật - công nghệ đáp ứng chuẩn đầu ra theo năng lực đóng vai trò rất quan trọng. Trong bài viết này, tác giả bước đầu tập trung vào cơ sở lý thuyết về quản lý hoạt động học tập của sinh viên ngành kỹ thuật - công nghệ đáp ứng chuẩn đầu ra theo tiếp cận CDIO thông qua việc phân tích các đối tượng quản lý, nội dung và các yếu tố ảnh hưởng. Bài viết sẽ làm cơ sở để nghiên cứu thực trạng và đề xuất các giải pháp nhằm nâng cao chất lượng quản lý hoạt động học tập của sinh viên ngành kỹ thuật - công nghệ đáp ứng chuẩn đầu ra theo tiếp cận CDIO trong giai đoạn hiện nay.

Studying is the most important task for university students. During learning activities, students are facilitated by the school and management entities, gradually helping them to acquire knowledge, train professional skills, form and develop their personal qualities. With the credit-based training organisation, in order to achieve the best learning results, the management of students’ learning activities in the engineering-technology sector to meet the competency-based output standards plays a very important role. In this paper, the author initially focuses on the theoretical basis of managing learning activities of engineering-technology students to meet the output standards according to the CDIO approach through analyzing managerial subjects, content and influential factors. The paper would serve as a basis for studying the current situation and proposing solutions to improve the quality of management of engineering- technology students’ activities to meet the output standards according to the CDIO approach in the current period.
