Abstract

Terminology is a partt of the vocabulary of every language. Each developing field o f science requires a system of precise terminology, with its own specific characteristics. The law on Cadres and Civil Servants is a comprehensive system of rules regulating social relations in the field of cadres and civil servants issued and guaranteed by the state. Based on the theory of terminology, this article describes the identification characteristics and builds identification models of legal terminology on civil servants in Vietnam.
