Năng lực ngôn ngữ của người Nùng vẻn ở Việt Nam

Abstract

This article discusses the language proficiency of the Nùng people in Cao Bằng province. By examining the Nùng vẻn people’s language proficiency in their native language, writing, Vietnamese and other languages, the article aims to present a picture of their cunent language competence. The author also suggest some recommendations to help Nùng Vén people further develop their language competence, contributing to the preservation of languages for this very few people.
