Tổ chức dạy học văn học thiếu nhi cho sinh viên ngành Giáo dục tiểu học, trường đại học Trà Vinh theo định hướng phát triển năng lực

Abstract

Dạy học theo năng lực là hình thức tổ chức dạy học hướng tới phát triển phẩm chất, năng lực của người học, được nhiều giáo viên từ tiểu học đến đại học sử dụng rộng rãi, trên nhiều lĩnh vực, từ khoa học tự nhiên đến khoa học xã hội. Trong nghiên cứu này, hình thức tổ chức dạy học này được áp dụng để dạy học phần Văn học thiếu nhi cho học sinh tiểu học nhằm phát triển các năng lực nghề nghiệp thiết yếu cho nghề nghiệp tương lai của các em, bao gồm: tính sáng tạo, tính chủ động, tính tự học, tính tự khám phá, tính hợp tác, tính trình bày, tính giao tiếp và năng lực sư phạm, v.v. Bài viết tập trung vào việc dạy học Văn học thiếu nhi cho sinh viên ngành Giáo dục Tiểu học tại Trường Đại học Trà Vinh theo hướng phát triển năng lực. Dạy học theo năng lực là hình thức tổ chức dạy học hướng tới phát triển tính tự lập, tính sáng tạo, tính hợp tác, tính đoàn kết ở người học.

Competency-oriented teaching is a form of teaching organization aimed at developing learners' qualities and capacities, widely used by many teachers from primary schools to universities, across multiple areas, from natural sciences to social sciences. In this study, this form of teaching organization was applied to teach literature-for-children modules to primary education students in order to develop essential professional competencies for their future career, including creativity, proactiveness, self-studying, self-discovery, collaboration, presentation, communication and pedagogical competencies, etc. The article focuses on teaching literature for children for students of Primary Education at Tra Vinh University in the direction of capacity development. Competency-based teaching is a form of teaching organization aimed at developing self-reliance, creativity, cooperation and solidarity in learners.
